Develop a plan for recruiting qualified candidates, which may include online sourcing via local and niche job boards, social network recruiting and direct recruiting.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment
Evaluate the qualifications of interested job candidates through a combination of resume and telephone screening, in person interviews and assessment testing.
Coordinating the Interview Process
The top three to five candidates will be referred to you for review. SoloPoint will work with your HR department and hiring managers to coordinate telephone and in person interviews with the candidates you choose.
Background and Reference Checking
Once you have selected your finalists, SoloPoint will conduct thorough reference checks with at least two employers, and at your discretion, we may conduct background checks, education and employment verification, and drug screening.
Offer Preparation and Negotiation
After you have selected your finalist, SoloPoint will provide as much assistance as you would like in the development of a competitive compensation and benefits package. We will work directly with the candidate to help ensure acceptance.
