A client in the Green Energy industry wanted to focus its efforts on a core technology, and outsource the engineering of their peripheral support equipment. SoloPoint Solutions provided the resources they needed for industrial design, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. The client was overwhelmingly satisfied with the deliverables of three (3) working prototypes, fully assembled and tested, in addition to the complete engineering documentation package provided by SoloPoint.
Project Outsourcing
After a SoloPoint client was commissioned to completely redesign and build prototypes of a second generation flat-panel digital display, intended to run advertisements in high traffic areas, the client consulted SPS. SPS was brought in to provide industrial design, mechanical engineering & design, stress and thermal analysis, and to deliver working prototypes for trade shows and fundraising purposes. SPS impressed the client by completing the project on-time, and with surpassed expectations.
Tight Deadlines
Responding to an urgent request from an optical equipment client to modify a laser assembly to fit into a standard housing for a critical sales presentation - in only six (6) days, SPS rose to the occasion. SPS proposed a design concept that pragmatically adapted the existing mechanical parts with minimal cost and time expended. The resulting design and fabrication was accomplished in less than five (5) days, and the critical sales meeting was a tremendous success.
