Coming Soon: 2018 Design-2-Part Show Northern California

SoloPoint Solutions will be among the 175 exhibitors at this year’s D2P Show. We will be at Booth #418 showcasing our multiple options for flexible engineering solutions!

American contract manufacturing will be the focus at the Northern California Design-2-Part (D2P) Trade Show, May 23 & 24, 2018 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California. The show will exclusively feature exhibiting job shops and contract manufacturers with manufacturing operations in the United States.

Design-2-Part Shows provide manufacturing engineers and purchasing personnel the opportunity to meet contract manufacturers face-to-face to source custom parts, components, services, and design. Exhibiting companies will be showcasing their design-through-manufacturing services featuring more than 300 product categories for the metal, plastics, rubber and electronics industries.

This year’s show will feature a new 3D & Additive Manufacturing Pavilion. Show visitors will see the latest processes, applications, materials, and research in additive manufacturing and discover how to best utilize 3D technologies within their operations.

The show floor will have over 175 exhibiting companies and with over 50 new vendors from last year, even previous attendees will find a multitude of new supplier opportunities. D2P Shows are working shows—attendees are encouraged to bring sample parts and drawings and discover new ways to improve their products.

“There is a lot of excitement for our 2018 schedule of shows,” said Jerry Schmidt, President of Design-2-Part Shows. “We are encouraged by the potential record attendance that our events are on track to set. The increase in visitors and the buzz on the show floors so far for our 2018 shows indicate that U.S. manufacturing is in a positive growth spurt.”

In the heart of Silicon Valley just south of San Francisco, the Santa Clara Convention Center features convenient access off Interstate 101 and is just five miles from the San Jose Airport. Parking and registration are free for D2P attendees.
